Shiny Gem and Rainbow Gummies

• A Pokemons DVs are now shown on the 4th stat page
• Added the Shiny Gem, an item that changes a chosen Pokemon to shiny by raising its DVs to max. You get one from your Rival early on (Azalea) and one after defeating Red.
• Added Rainbow Gummys, an item that raises a Pokemons DVs by 1 across all stats (up to the max of 15). Raising all DVs to 12 or higher makes a Pokemon shiny. You can get them from the Goldenrod Bargain Shop or wild Mr.Mimes.
• Goldenrod Bargain Shop has new opening hours:
  • mon, fri: morning
    
  • wed, thur, sun: day
  • tue/sat: night
• Wild Mr.Mimes and Jynx now have a chance to hold (rar)candy (slightly creepy)
• Team Rocket now sells TMs in Route 10 PokeCenter
• Reduced the longer end of hatching times by 1-2 magnitudes (Chansey, Lapras, Kabuto, etc.. Legendary Pokemon take 10k-12k steps)
