1.9 - Headbutt & Gym scaling

Fixed headbutt trees in Jotho and made Kanto trees also headbuttable
Trees now have Pokemon with zone appropriate levels
Added new NPC Traders (see documentation for more info)
- Yanma -> Dratini, only during bug contest award ceremony
- Gligar -> Jynx, Azalea market
- Corsola -> NidoranM, outside Battle Tower
- Miltank -> Chincou, Ecruteak east exit
- Arcanine -> Scarmory, Sprout Tower
Jasmine, Pryce and Chuck now have "dynamic scaling". Depending on who you battle first the others grow a bit stronger.
Type boost items (like Magnet, Charcoal, etc) now provide 20% increase (was 10%).
Adjusted Trainers in Radio Tower and Lighthouse
Egg Bomb is now a physical move. Both Chansey/Blissey and Exeggutor now do some damage. Before it was basically a wasted turn.
2nd place in Bug contest now gives a Miracleberry.
